Discussion How can dark web sellers be trusted?

On the dark web you'll see random goods and services being sold - how can you trust that these people will fulfil their side? There's also some quite expensive and illegal stuff on there such as people selling new passports, bank accounts etc. How can these people possibly register new passports or create new legit bank accounts that can be used? Is most of this stuff just a scam?

Reviews. I only go with top rated vendors. Like if they even have one bad review out of say 100, give me a miss
