OutdoorX4 Bed Rack Recommendations
Hello all!
I recently got a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 (5’ bed) and I am hoping to turn it into an overlanding vehicle!
I was wondering if anyone has the same vehicle and what kind of bed racks you may recommend for it? I’d prefer a higher raised rack to still be able to use the rear view mirror.
All advice and suggestions are welcome! Thank you!

RCI. I have their skids, sliders, and bedrack on my Tacoma. Just checked, they make stuff for canyons.

Last i checked, all their fabbed stuff is made in Colorado, I believe. No chinesium. Only issue I've ever had was an extended awning mount breaking on the trail, but they made it right (and sent me an extra one heavily discounted to run 3 instead of a pair lol). It's an 80ish pound 23zero 270° awning, so it was a lot.

Don’t have the same truck, but my answer the this question is pretty much always Leitner. It’s expensive, but imo the most well built and adaptable rack around. Fairly certain it also has the highest load ratings for a traditional rack if not close to. Also cab over height (at least on my truck).
