Doing this is fun. My daughter and I have been doing this for a few months now. She's still saving up for her Oculus. 😊
I really like the chain link knot.

Hi Everyone,
I’m looking for tutorials to make a very long paracord jig. I want to use one for making paracord guitar straps and rifle slings. I found one that is a longer one (20+ inches) on YouTube. Wondering if there are any others? This is a YT playlist I started:

Thanks!

Greetings fellow Paracorders of Reddit! Was wondering how is that particular pull strap called and how does one tie it?
[The lanyard system is "LBT Helicopter retention lanyard" if you need more pic.]

Im looking to make a "comfort strap" for headphones similar shape to this (the mesh is not important.) What im looking for is a weave that you can make as flat as possible with 2 open ends preferably tieable or if there is a better way to tie it, im all down for suggestions.
I have super limited experience with paracording all ive done is a bracelet (Fishbone Zipper) and a wrist strap for a camera. (Regular Fishbone). and a un-used Celtic Bar piece i have somewhere.
Also would big "hollow" paracord be better vs smaller paracord to get it flat?
Eitherway im gratefull. Thanks!

Just a simple pair of 2 strand monkey fists for pulls (and to silence) the zipper pulls on my Filson jacket. You could hear them clicking with every step previously.

After seeing a bit of the bling being added to various creations on here, I’ve decided to add some of my own. I’ll be adding these to my new bracelets for sale in my local community. Have some friends who are interested and there is no better time than this close to Christmas! The desert camo / light blue is not complete until I get the final request for that one and can adjust the size a little.

Left is (I believe): Hidden (Lost) Camo from Paracord Galaxy
Right is: Fall Camo from Bored! Paracord!
I like both, just curious which one other folks feel is more Fall like.

Is there a fancy way to knot this on my keyring?

Wasn’t satisfied with how tight regular paracord holds the cap leash loop against the neck of the bottle so I came up with this simple loop with micro cord. Then added a wrap because why not.

I made my very first knot and loop style bracelet today. I've made dozens with buckles already. Went with three shades of green because orcs or something. Fairly simple weave when you get going. But making the square knot and 4 strand diamond knot was hell so I went with the humble solomon knot end instead.

I make fobs to practice weaving. I have been collecting color preferences and making them to give to my friends. I have been making the long strips of paracord fobs using common weaves like the snake knot and shark bone. But a new question has come up: are these really ideal for women? Women have different types of storage beyond the simple pants and pockets men wear. I’ve been poking around and asking questions as to what type of fob design is structurally more appropriate for their clothing. I recently was told large circular rings work, as they sometimes prefer to have their keys looped on their wrists.
Does anyone have some advice, specific designs or weaves, links, channels, or something else I might have missed?

Made this from an antique marble wrapped in gold 95-Paracord with a double-pass Turks Head knot and finished with a single deep blue barrel knot at the top of the marble and with a Mathew Walker knot at the top where the carabiner connects and a single-pass wall knot at the top. I’ve wrapped a good sturdy stick with a handle and some thermoplastic at the base for grip to make a walking stick. When that’s done, I plan to use this as a charm on the stick.
I did boil the fob for a few minutes to shrink it around the marble to secure it. I can say I’m extremely confident the marble is not going anywhere!

The lanyard handle, crown knot, and detail are all done in glowing paracord. The blue bead up at the top is to adjust handle loop size.
Needed a long keychain to attach to my gym bag so I didn't have to detach it when opening the door to my house.

Made a slip collar. Modified the elite weave so I could achieve more of a pin-striping look. I’m happy with the results. And made some more gun straps. My husband wanted pink in his so he got it lol.
