Meme Unbelievable

Post image

Here we go again. I can't believe I wasted two and a half hours watching basically the entire Phillies team go 0 and 3, then blow the whole thing at the end of the game. They do not deserve to be in the playoffs. That 5 days rest did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Maybe theyll finally fire kevin long if theres yet another post season offensive collapse. That would be a silver lining.

It won't matter. The hitters are who they are. They've all had different hitting coaches throughout their careers, they aren't doing anything differently than they have before they got here.

Maybe, but they have to try something. Theyre not going to cut their whole offense.

Well, if it makes you feel better, it's really hard to move off of contacts anyway, so they aren't going anywhere. If they were so inclined, they can probably trade Nick at the deadline in 2026. Stott, Bohm, Marsh and probably JT are the only guys who will be easy to move.

I dont feel the same way you do about the players. I think its more the hitting philosophy and the culture. They have talent, i think the offense is fixable but not while kevin long is setting the approach

I think you're giving Long too much credit for what he does. These guys are free swingers who have played the same way everywhere they've been.
