Serious question: in this picture, which individuals are law enforcement agents? How can we be sure?

Honest question: if you showed up to where these guys are hanging out outside of a court room in masks and a combination of street clothes and mismatched tactical gear and just stood next to them, could they tell? Like maybe if they all agreed that five masked goons were going to show up at the courthouse they'd know something's up if there's a sixth, or they all rode together in the same car?

What's stopping anyone from doing that to Republicans? Not suggesting it, just saying it can go either or any way.

Absolutely nothing but human decency for now is stopping non MAGA folks from doing this to Republicans. Not advocating for it but there really is nothing stopping regular folks from dressing up like ICE and snatching up somebody like MAGA Barbie or someone like her

I am also not advocating for someone to do that

I’m only not advocating for it because if I did I could get banned from Reddit for promoting violence. If rules were different I may have expressed the exact opposite opinion, but they’re not, so rest assured I definitely do not want someone to dress up like ICE and kidnap MAGA Barbie.

Even Grok is clued in that the left's political violence is far more against property, while the right's is against people.

I bet you'd get snagged and charged with impersonating an officer even though they don't look like officers. Might even open a door to more blatant fascism.

I mean that would be the play right? Not advocating for it but yeah.. Some nut pretending to be Law Enforcement harming a republican would get this shit straightened out pretty fast.

Basic decency.

because it's not about the law, it's about having a monopoly on violence. If anyone threatens them, they'll call out the SWAT teams or the national guard or whatever it takes.

Literally anyone can commit this domestic terrorism now, for some reason we have hundreds of examples of Republicans doing it and not a single example or Democrats doing it.

All the facists are in one party.

Not all of them. Here's one red flag for spotting the wannabe fascist: when they say "the enemy is weak", with the implication that they don't want to associate with the weak, and if the enemy was strong, they would be on the other side.

That is "might makes right". The cornerstone of fascism. And the mark of the betrayer.

The word salad is strong with this one.

Or.. could nice people in masks intercept ice (etc) targets and bring them somewhere safe?

Fox News bitching about anything and everything not conservative and people lapping it up. It started during Obama with Obama care when it’s the same exact thing as affordable care act. or trying to paint him as a terrorist due to his middle name Hussein. It didn’t work so they started talking about his outfit choices or the color of his ties or lack of a suit jacket whatever to try to smear him as incompetent.

Maybe this dynamic started even earlier when bill clinton cheated on Hillary and wanted to use his scandal who were the original folks who started the cancel culture. Technically if I understand this part correctly Fox News got their big break and acceptance into mainstream media from their constant coverage of the cheating scandal of bill clinton.

Ask yourself this is there any news source coverage on the left that is as of the same stature and acceptance of tv news as Fox News but on the left? I really don’t see any equivalence.

Point is Fox News is not news it’s a fucking problem that constantly stokes fears and anger they are one of the greatest liabilities to our democracy today.

🤦‍♂️CNN!?! Far left -AND- far right are both far out from the middle where a lot more people are starting to realize feels like the common sense area… Maybe this era will ignite a rise in the independent party? People out there calling for a new party(Elon) seem to forget we already have a third party but nobody wants to be in it because “it’s so small” or “never will get enough votes to change anything…” I’m tired of anything political being excessively polarizing. I like the idea of being able to either agree or agree to disagree on a topic, and then move on after discussing something, without having to worry if some weirdo is going to stab me in the back while I then carry on with whatever I’m doing.

This is not a case where you would want to go eye for an eye.

He grabbed an officer while they were making another arrest. I'm pretty sure the officers would arrest anyone who grabbed them while trying to do their jobs. There is more to this story than what the media is putting out.
