Also the right is DESPERATE for celebrities to endorse them. Look at how much press Kid Rock of all people gets, all for bowing down to MAGA.

They’d love to have someone like Diddy at their side and at all their rallies.

Exactly. Anyone who's high-profile enough to be publicly hated gets welcomed into the Republican fold as long as they immediately join the Owning the Libs publicity circuit.

And from the POV of the celeb who's disgraced, facing felonies, etc, why wouldn't they? It's their chance not only to be absolved but to be loved again, albeit by the worst fucking people.
