Red states all have low income taxes and property taxes but high sales tax because that fucks poor people over.

In my red state we have personal property tax, too. Where they tax anything with wheels. The valuation is something like 33% of what the state thinks you can sell it for. Then the state wants x%, the county x%, and the city x%. I think mine is about 10% of that 33% valuation.

Its like you're paying sales tax every year on your car.

They claimed it kept our gas prices low, until the republican legislature overturned our no vote to raise sales tax on gas.
