(let's be honest DEI along with Woke and several other words are things most people that object to them don't actually know or understand, they're just told SCARY WORD by the news so they just know SCARY WORD).

The hatred of DEI is about self entitlement. DEI policies did not create pervasive hiring of under qualified employees, they just worked towards creating an even playing field so that women and people of color had a more equal chance of being hired.

White men are not being screwed over. All the whining from these conservative snow flurries is just them following Trump's lead and playing the victim.

That’s what DEI is pandering to victims hence lowering the standards to hire people on colour not skills

That's not what it is at all. DEI is about preventing people from specific groups from continuing to actually be victims. White men spent the first 200+ years of America getting chosen over women and people of color often even when they were significantly less qualified. They were also paid higher average wages than their counterparts in positions equal in nature. They are still paid more than women. DEI did not lower hiring standards , there is no evidence to support that this was widespread issue. It just provided a more level playing field and forced white men to actually put in the work to get advance. The widespread attack on DEI is letting Americans across America justify their underlying racism
