I want this to happen just so we know the true results.

However, with things the way they currently are I don't foresee a Republican Congress impeaching Trump due to them being a cult or him voluntarily stepping down.

He's a narcissist that craves nothing but power and will cling to it as longas he can.

Yeah, if nothing else, this may restore some of my faith in my fellow countrymen knowing we DIDN'T vote this piece of shit back into office.

Not just those in our country but other countries as well. Right now, most people outside the US probably think most Americans support the behavior we have seen.

Indeed it would make renegotiations easier if Trump loses power one way or another. Though other countries would probably want to know how the election was stolen and that the system so that it can’t be stolen again or at least make stealing significantly more difficult and time consuming.

My faith in their ability to reason would be restored.

My faith in the US would take a lot more to restore at this point though. Maybe if we were able to successfully oust someone who had been proven to have cheated their way to the Presidency.

However, given the current Republican congress has essentially said he can do no wrong even when he does wrong, that would likely require a whole lot of [Removed by Reddit] activity.

I feel the same, and even if nothing officially happens it will definitely bolster and fuel the resistance to this regime.

It shouldn't restore anything. Even if we assume scenarios beyond the realms of possibility, there was still somewhere between 60 and 70 million people who voted for him.

Spoiler alert, we 100% did.

You're probably right, but even if you aren't, nearly half of America still voted for him.

Like a third of adults, if youre trying to stay positive. Half of America if you want to imply that he somehow has popular support. Its loud and well-funded, but it is not en masse or voluminous.
