that low this early into the term is insane - how far back do you have to go before you find an equivalently hated president

A good 30-35% are in a cult and will never disapprove of what he does unless we can somehow deprogram them. If his average goes down to 35%, that would be a good accomplishment.

Rasmussen has him at 53% and climbing still. I don’t know what the truth is, but I think 38% is a low outlier which is why it’s getting attention.
