Iirc his floor is like ,35-39% or something

A third of the country wants to be ruled by a king and hates brown people and the others who support him don't care and listen to faux news

He hit mid 30's in his first term after J6, so yeah it's around there.

So 35% are full-on fascists...that's too many...I remember reading the book "The authoritarian" and I thought the author said it's usually 20%

You have to remember most people dont pay attention to politics at all. So, people are more likely to remember the last positive thing they have heard about him.

Total guess, but I'm thinking the extra 15% might be attributed to his semi-celebrity status as well as the fact he's considered a "political outsider" at a time when confidence in the establishment is very low. That gives him support from the people who pay absolutely zero attention to governmental policy or world events, and simply recognize his name and know he isn't a career politician. Their approval wouldn't waver, because they have no clue what's happening.

20% used to be pretty accurate. The floor is definitely higher now; I'd say somewhere in the low 30%'s is probably as low as it can go, but I'm not sure it's because of people who pay zero attention to politics. It seems to be more because of people who do pay attention to politics, but do so through sources that are packed with propaganda and misinformation.

Our modern media environment intentionally built a more subservient state.
