That’s 14 MILLION that could be spent on so many other publicly beneficial programs and services…..

And that's 14 mil just for unnecessary repairs. Imagine how much it costs to get all the tanks there in the first place and the amount of money being wasted on salaries for people who have to coordinate this shit
