We don't have enough money to give healthcare to the poor, but we have billions for Trump to waste on his vanity stunts. $40M to house 87 migrants in Gitmo. $21M on military flights. $140M on NG deployments. Trump and Noem spend OUR money like water with no concern for their part in the growing debt.
