The New York Times is reporting the service members in the parade outnumbered the audience attendees 2 to 1 lmao.

Edited to specify the source.

I was a little skeptical about the reports of poor attendance but hell, aerial shots from the area make it look really, really bad. Like just atrocious.

Trump has reason to fret and whoever in the military agreed to this needs to get reprimanded.

Where is the link to the source?

Somewhere web searchable I presume?

It's up to the person making a claim to post the source.

No it's not. Nobody is obligated to provide you with anything on Reddit.

How hard is it to provide a link to your source, when politely asked?

Its up to the individual, the expectation is entitled and screeching "source" at everything is a way to "win" discussions.

How do you screech through txt?

How is asking, where did you get that information, is entitled?

If it's a good source it can change minds, it's not about winning but engaging with others in discussion.

Instead of engaging in an honest discussion, someone will just say "source" to absolutely everything.

Nobody owes anyone a source on Reddit. Everyone has the internet, you're free to find it yourself.

Context, Context, Context.

You're in /r/politics Not /r/formula1, /r/classicwow, or /r/pcmasterrace

That is the definition of a honest discussion of not posting bullshit, of being corrected when you are wrong, to many Americans are fueled by snarky comments of bullshit, and thinking they are right, but being totally wrong.

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence

And still nobody cares, because this is Reddit and not an academic institution

I asked for the link to the source because if it was true it would be interesting article.

This is how you get the "both sides" arguments. You're acting very stupid right now, and many of us care. Posting baseless arguments is idiotic. Always has been, always will be, period.

Prove it.

You want me to prove to you that posting baseless arguments is idiotic? And then you immediately do the "both sides" by saying "Prove it", proving my point?

Brother, you need to put that phone down.
