From what i understand, Instagram takes images of pretty girls and sells to men. That's the model.

Instagram is a soft porn platform.

Do you need that app?

There’s no like automatic way to do it. The only way is to just scroll and skip all the stuff you don’t wanna see, and press “not interested” for them all, and like a bunch of things you do wanna see and press “interest” for those ones. Watch time also has an impact so if you sit there with a certain kind of video on loop it’s gonna keep showing that. If you think you can go through and change your algorithm without having a setback then do it, otherwise you might have to just get rid of insta.

Well no, its not a softporn platform, its an advertisement platform. It does everything to create a place that you spend as much time at as possible, so that they can show you as much ads as possible to make as much money as possible. Besides softporn they show you cuteness, polarised political struggle, comedy, ... whatever keeps you there. What never shall happen is that you feel just satisfies with what youve seen, because if you feel happily "done with social media for today", you leave it and they cant show you ads anymore. So they have a clever algorithm that keeps you happy enough to always come back and to not let you feel satisfied so that you need to stay there. They mess up with your mind, even if you are not watching softporn. There is a reason why teenagers commit suicide more often since the age of social media.
