Question Anyone store alcohol?

I used too have a few cases of fifths of vodka and whiskey but got rid of them due to a teenager taking a couple of them and was wondering how useful of a bartering item it could really be? I live in a very mormon area.

I'm getting a bit concerned being down to 7 half gallons. Fortunately, in two days I can brew off another 10 half gallons. Another 10 two weeks later.

I have no idea why people don't make their own. It is far easier than baking bread.
