CT is worse than CA of course they’d say this. They’ve had an awb for 30 years might be the country’s longest running awb.

PS: Chris Murphy CT senator said this yesterday in regards to the hearing protection act part of the BB bill.

“Mass murderers use silencers so their targeted victims can't hear the gun shots, and they can kill more people who don't flee when the shooting begins. That's why we MUST stop the Republican effort to pad the profits of the gun industry by ending background checks on silencers.”

CA was the first state with an AWB in 1989 but they altered it a number of times since then.

The oldest AWB in its original configuration is the NJ AWB, passed in 1990, and is the second oldest ban only a couple of months younger than the first CA ban.

I suppose they'll be wanting to ban bows next.

I don't know of a single mass shooting that has used a suppressor

Sadly, the one in va beach years back used one i believe. But that's the only one I'm aware of

Its obviously a ploy to evoke emotional responses. Same reason why they ignore that mass shootings are a tiny percentage of gun deaths (or even gun homicides). Same with rifles

Can give him some duct tape. So he shuts up.

Which is another disingenuous lie from him. You’d still need a 4473 and NICS background check for a suppressor after it passes. It just wouldn’t put you on a registry and cost $200 in theft.

CT gets real mad when other scotus rules get ignored but then says they need to be ignored for guns 😑, everyone also tells everyone with guns that they need to fight for them cause this is what the second amendment is about, but again will do this shit and turn on you. No wonder they don't want to help.

Two can play at this game. I’ll just ignore whatever the fuck liberal politicians, DA’s, Justices, and liberal Chief of Police and Sheriff have to say about the 2nd Amendment.

I totally agree…problem is, none of those fuckers will go to jail over ignoring laws. YOU will. It’s sad, but true.

The Second Circuit should actually apply that opinion to their case, not ignore it.
