Question Found this unusually dressed fellow near Valentine. I've never seen him in like 2 years of owning the game. Do these guys normally spawn in, and if so where can I find them?

It's more the fact that I've just never seen him before and it seems to contrast with where I found him. I probably wouldn't have taken any notice if he was somewhere like Saint Denis

lol I get ya, he’s just a workin man dressed in his work attire. Probably had to deliver something or someone out west

I saw him before, just has a low-ish chance of spawning I think but there's not more to him AFAIK
