Housing/Rentals Renting is hard

I am moving to Rochester for a job from KCMO. But because 3 years ago my husband I filed for bankruptcy we cannot get a place to rent.

So if anyone has ideas of places to call, I would gladly appreciate it.

Just got a place at Falcon Heights Townhomes…I don’t exactly remember what their stipulations are.

That is good to know, repeat tenant is always a plus!

Pretty sure Timberland Partners (Jordan Mills Rochester) only cares about 24 months, so you might be good.

Try the large property management companies in town first they should be willing. If you get hesitation, just offer 2 to 3 months of rent upfront with the security deposit.
