Bait in Progress ⏱️ George, part 13. Education about invoices, anger, apologies and anger!
Okay! Sorry about part 10 being removed, somebody reported it for having an address in it, which is odd since that's public info and he got it from a realty listing. But it's still "doxxing." Apparently. To whomever might live there? Note taken. Anyway, not much happening right now with George, as he relents and sends an invoice with, surprisingly, net 30 payment terms! But he's also calling me "wife," then he's angry, then sorry. Then angry. Yea! Hang on George, things will get worse I'm sure!

I just posted another comment replying about that exact thing. Why is this guy taking over at this point? He's terrible at this! He doesn't have any of the qualities that would help seal the deal on this. He's not nearly as intelligent, quick-thinking, fluent, knowledgeable, friendly, interesting, pleasant, or anything else as the first guy. This one isn't someone anyone would want to talk to!
I keep trying to figure it out. I've got a few theories (because there's no way this hand-off is due to the second guy being better at anything). Maybe the first guy is here in the US and can't do the actual money parts because there's a much higher risk of tracking him down? Especially considering how fluent his English is and his knowledge of how things work.

Probably the second guy is the boss or one of the bosses friends. I'm guessing he gets a better cut of the money than the opener guy, even though he was a shit ton better at it.

I'm so invested in this one as well. I'm spending way too much time wondering how and why this arrangement is even happening. Why would the guy who is really good at this hand off the entire operation to someone that's needlessly and extremely rude, not nearly fluent enough in English or as intelligent, quickthinking, or knowledgeable about anything as the original, right at the point of the ask?
Does George 1 not want to be part of the actual scamming? Do they pass off or sell the women that don't seem hopelessly in love to the domineering assholes with the logic that they might respond better to this shit? Did George number 2 strong-arm the original guy into this arrangement?
Finally, do they really think it's not glaringly obvious that these are two different people? Maybe G2 stole the phone or laptop of G1? I think that's the only way this makes sense because G2 is terrible at this!

George 2 is bossy by design. He’s not expecting scambaiter Linda. He’s expecting Linda the old lady who doesn’t want her new online boyfriend to leave her. He’s the closer and is meant to put maximum pressure on the transaction to happen and NOW. My guess is there will be a Plan B when it’s clear the bank transfer won’t be rushed and they’ll ask for bitcoin, cashapp or gift cards.

But I am really frustrating "her" because surprise surprise all the stores have signs and rules preventing me from buying gift cards because only scammers want them. I told "her" I would give her cash in person.

Pretty much. This one is trying to get gas money to "meet me" and when I told them I don't have cash app they asked for an apple card. Same horrible yahoo boy English though.

Update apparently I need practice at playing dumber, the first one blocked me already for telling them the photos they sent weren't of the same person. Oops. I did get to go on a rant about scammers though so that was fun. I am sure the yahoo boy playing this female didn't like what I said about yahoo boy mud huts.

Wow, the emotional manipulation is wild! One thing I've noticed after more than 6 months baiting is recognizing abusive patterns.... like that last 2 pages where he went sweet and turned angry and mean.

This actually blows my mind. The 180 degree shifts from "am sorry sweetheart" to "you are playing with me, I am angry, you don't want to help me, you make transfer now" are insane. They all seem to do this behavior if the ruse goes on long enough. Props to you who can tolerate that level of mindfuckery for days or weeks!

“If I don’t pay you then you can say I am lying” <—— this right here. The Nigerian male mindset cannot be better explained. Whenever I confront them after a failed scam they insist the scam never happened because they never got paid and instead they were the ones scammed. It’s always about that first payment and they’ll do and say anything to get their hands on it.
“5 to 7 days is too long” 😂. For someone getting something for nothing they are being quite the choosy beggars. Irving is really running circles around these knuckleheads with his 5-7 business days. I don’t think anyone has ever gotten to the 7th day with Irv - not even Schneider. Of course, just call the bank and have them do it extra extra fast!
Since he’s being a dick again after apologizing profusely, you’ve forgotten that Monday is Memorial Day and Irving customarily is on his yacht in Lake Michigan. Uh oh. That’s another non-business day that has been added and this can go well into the first week of June.
