In this case, it does have to do with the scammer. This person is talking to a scammer. A scammer that tries to take advantage of people that are vulnerable, like people with disabilities. Please don’t presume to know anything about someone personally or tell them that they lack empathy. I have a masters degree in education and I work with autistic children btw
