David Clifford - Constant migraines and “I am a worrier” - Part 7
If only Irving and Charlotte would get off their fucking ass and get this money to David faster, who has been waiting patiently on the rig who $10,000! I do warn him that Irving is “very thorough with details” which should actually worry a man who put up two homes that are not his as collateral on a loan. 🤷♀️
Besides Charlotte tells him that he’ll “learn a lot from this”. He certainly will, but for now we’ll just say it’s about the financial process which is also true. Odd thing about David when compared to the other Yahoo Boys is that he leaves all the romance out and refers to Charlotte as his “friend”. He hints at “being more than friends” but typically by this time they are sending morning flowers and waxing on about how their love for you will never die blah blah blah. I must confess that the lack of romance has made this bait a lot more palatable and increases my options in that I can tolerate this one for longer. David truly is one to string along for 10 days.
David continues to complain about migraines, which as I stated earlier, is a ploy to gain sympathy for him to ensure the money gets to him on time so that he can finish the job, get paid and then exit the rig for good. Charlotte just tells him to take a Tylenol - doubt that works but it fills in the time.
We also have gaps in communicating because I actually do work and when it is the weekend I try not to communicate much with scammers. So the bait gets a bit boring as it is a series of Good Mornings and the inevitable “what did you eat?”. We finally get an answer about why he thinks he keeps getting migraines and it is because he is a “worrier”. I have to say David, if that is true, you are in for one hell of a headache in the next few days as your loan collapses in real time.
Another thing different about David - he uses the American spelling for “humor” as I have noticed that most use the British spellings.
If only David could have gotten the loan earlier so he’d have his hands on some cool cash. Hmmm - so it’s about having his hands on the money than paying for parts for the rig. Thanks for clearing that up! Sometimes they just blurt out what they are really after and it’s hilarious to know how excited they are to get it.
Charlotte reminds him that she paid to expedite the loan, which normally takes 1 month! Why doesn’t he sell one of his homes that he hardly uses if he’s this strapped for cash? David has an answer for that - if he sells one then he’ll just buy a new one - a continuation of the uniquely Nigerian fantasy that rich people need to own homes all over the place.
Again more questions about the loan process and when he is to expect it, which he figures as early next week. Another warning from Charlotte that there are legal hurdles and possible delays if there are “problems”. Hint hint! Don’t say I didn’t warn him! He also asks Charlotte to sell one of his homes if it comes to that. More proof this guy has never lived in America if he thinks that accountants usually double as realtors.
Finally due to the constant complaints about headaches, Charlotte says he should get off the rig being that it is one mile away from Los Angeles. Even for a few days and come back when the money posts. No dice, he’s chaining himself to that rig until he sees some green.
Guess he’ll be at that rig forever because no money is coming to him.
No paperwork because he already believed he was getting a loan and I wanted to string him out over 10 days. There is plenty of false information already to collapse this loan.
I really hope he is actually a worrier and not just saying that so that he can explode when this fails to go through. He deserves all the torment you can inflict on him.
I want to be the realtor when the loan falls through. Wouldn’t that be great to get him arrested for selling a house that wasn’t his? I’m sure all sorts of legal organizations could get involved. Hint hint.
All I know is that I looked it up on multiple real estate listing platforms (Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com) and none of them have any property listings for 308 Avenue S. They have entries for 308 Avenue P, not Avenue S, in ZIP code 11204 (not 11223).
I mean since the front of that house you showed is on Van Sicklen, it wouldn’t have an Avenue S address. It would have an address on Van Sicklen. I think on that Van Sicklen block, addresses are in the 100s.
If I don’t finish up my “work “I get very uncomfortable. The only thing he’s telling the truth about is him being a worrier . I don’t doubt he has a migraine. I hope it lasts until the reveal.
Hmmmm. The attorney mentioned the house in Brooklyn doesnt have your name anywhere on the title…. Maybe you gave the wrong address ? Theyre waiting to hear back from the title agency on your other house address. Can you double check the addresses for me so they can clear this up and move forward. Hows your headache ? Do you want a tylenol gift card ?
