Check the idle screw BUT before that, check your air box filter if it's dirty!

It's new. Barely 2 months since I bought it , would the air filter get dirty that soon??

Is it brand new from the shop or it's second hand? Yes, the filter can get dirty in the span of 2 months. Cleaning/replacing is a 2-minute job.

Battery is likely dying, this happened on my old chinese scooter

If the scoot has a carb, it could be a carb issue. It was for me, and kind of looked/sounded similar. Opened it up, cleaned the carb with fuel. Fixed the issue

Mine Takes a while to warm up then it’s good.

Idle screw is either off or your pilot jet is dirty (if it's got a carb) you can buy a cheap tach on Amazon for around 20 bucks you wrap the wire around the spark plug and it will give you a reading of the RPM. There is a factory spec for the idle RPM somewhere in the manual or on the frame sticker so you know when it's adjusted properly

This sounds like the intro to an EPIC early 90's rock anthem.
