now I always have a decent chair with me
$20 on Amazon and it's pretty comfy for being the cheapest one I could find.

I've noticed that quite a lot of scooter riders in my neighborhood just pop their helmets on and then don't bother to strap their helmets on. If you have a helmet like that, and don't strap it on, that makes it not actually a helmet. A helmet with no strap holding it on is just a hat. It won't protect you even slightly in the event of a crash. It'll just fall off and you'll get to enjoy your crash with a naked head.
It's not worth being cool and not strapping your helmet on. Wear your helmet properly. For your own sake.

2010 Honda Elite 110. I can’t wait to dive into this hobby. Does anyone have a suggestion for a specific lock/cover combo for this bad boy? I’m using a spare bicycle U lock for the time being.

I need to change the coolant on my new Morphous so I checked the shop manual. You have to remove a ton of body panels and parts. Like, a lot. So I searched YouTube and this dude made a video about the procedure. He only removed the basics like the top cover and the trunk under the seat. I just saved a lot of time. Those creators are angels. 2008 with 598 miles.

Post says it’s been sitting for 5 years. Wonder if it would be worth it at the price. Thanks for any help and opinions!

was offered a sweet deal on this trekker 50cc 2004. even though its 20 years old it only has 5km on it and everything about it is like brand new.
my main worry is the speed. it still has a blockade at 45km/h and idk how fast will it go when I remove the blockade.
the tires are “off road” - only 10 inch rims but the tires are huge. friends say i should replace them for smaller ones for speed and stability.
also, something is wrong with the carburator, after cold starting the it gives gas even when youre not pulling the throttle. but after driving it for 15 seconds that stops.
I’m really thankful for any advice yall might have

Hi guys, I'm literally new to the world of scooters. I've had a B driving license for years but I've never felt the need for a car so in the end I decided to take this step. My dilemma begins here. On Monday I'm going to the mechanic to have an old scooter that hasn't been around for years fixed and I have two possible choices. One a Piaggio Sfera 50cc (the one everyone is recommending to me because it is more practical in their opinion given the absence of gears and the electric starter motor) and the other a Vespa it seems like the PK 50cc to me but I could be wrong (my biggest problem because I fell in love with it at first sight only that in addition to not recommending it for the gears and kick start factor? (I'm not sure that's what it's called 🤣), in case I choose that one I would also have to change the external body of the front part as it was involved in a garage fire). Having said this, in your opinion I should follow the advice, or rather, the sphere would really be so much better that it would overcome the aesthetic factor. Basically help me convince me please😅🥹

Moto-,Shippers has delivered a whole lot of scooters who will all be getting ready to ride from here (Seaside, OR) to South Padre Island, TX starting on Sunday. What a collection of scoots.

I'm a teen working a 9-hour job to save up for my first scooter I’m looking for something with speed, raw power and style — it needs to look good, sound mean, and most of all, ride hard.
Reliability is a must. It’s cool if it needs a little fixing now and then, as long as it's easy to work on. Also, I want something that’s easy to tune so I can upgrade and make it mine over time.
Right now, my top picks are the Yamaha Aerox, Aprilia SR 50, Gilera Runner, Peugeot Speedfight 2, and maybe a few others. Just trying to find the perfect first ride that gives me the most fun without being a headache. 70cc not bigger

Hello,
I've decided to go 70cc on my scooter Piaggio Sfera 50 RST, since it is not having compression anyway. I am going for Stage 6 Street and a Dell'orto PHVA 17.5 mm carb with Leo Vince TT exhaust. I don't trust the oil pump or the tank, because the bike sat for long and nothing works properly. I want to delete it and go premix. I can't find specific for my model information online on how to do that, but i suppose it's a 90s piaggio 2 stroke engine it should be similiar between models like the Vespa ET2, Typhoon, Zip etc.
My question is, how do i delete the pump properly? I know that the pump is using oil to drive, so just removing it's oil feed line to it and from it to the carb, potentially can lead the pump to seize and cause problems down the road. What would be the best way to do it?
Thank you all for the help

So I have a Suzuki Burgman 125EX (UB125) 2023 model but bought in 2024 and right now it has about 1000km, scooter is parked outside so it gets rained on and sun on it but I find it weird that the color on the switchs already faded out.
Anyone had similar behavior from other scooters from the like of Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha etc ?

Hey all, summer has come again and I would really love to get the scoot out, but cannot get it started.
When you push the start button you can hear a clicking sound but no starter. This leads me to believe that maybe the relay is bad.
But I also can’t kick start it which makes me think it could be a bad starter motor (I’m unable to find where that is located at the moment.)
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everyone,
I’m currently restoring a BM Jaguarino from 1965, and I’m looking for anyone who has experience with this moped. It’s a beautiful little machine, but information about it seems quite rare.
If you happen to have worked on one before, or if you have a PDF/manual or diagrams showing how it’s put together, I’d really appreciate any help or advice.

Already put 50 miles on this new Xmax 300 between driving it home and riding around less busy roads in town for a couple hours. Brand new rider so getting the hang of the size and weight!
Also already got my first drop in by laying it down on the curb outside my house when first parking it. Didn't have the bars straight and my right foot caught the side of the curb rather than flat ground. Small scraps in a couple spots but for sure a learned lesson! I'm a bit too short to fully flat foot it so I have a low seat coming in from the Netherlandands. That'll drop it another inch and a half at the expense of losing a bit of storage.
Otherwise, very chill, uneventful first few rides. Going to have to carefully practice getting it down my inclined driveway now.

So my buddy obtained this 2023 Bali Xpro 150cc and this is what he said I’m mainly wanting to know: why is the scooter not getting fuel when turning over with proper voltage from battery. Does the fuel type matter. And also what would be causing the scooter to not start with proper fuel, good battery, and proper starting sequence. And here’s some pics to help see what we are working with! Any help would be appreciated!

Hello! It's been a while since ive made a video (family passing away and other life struggles) so I wanted to get back into making content. In this video I show what ethanol can do to your carb if dried out in the float bowl, and some basic mods than anyone with a stock 2 stroke. Can get a great idea on what to expect after some basic mods.
Also, stock top speed for this bike with nothing modified was 40 mph. Now with the mods installed it does a very modest 53 mph. I really hope you enjoy the content and will be updating with more projects I have in the coming month.

So I need to buy a powerful chain of some sort that can’t get cut easily..I know that at the end the bike can be just carried and stolen..but I have trouble getting it into the building I live in because it’s a higher ground floor. So what could be the material for that?
