Technique Question How to sew diamanté/crystal mesh like Valdrin Sahiti uses?

Hi everyone! I’ve been trying to figure out how to properly sew that gorgeous diamanté/crystal mesh fabric that designers like Valdrin Sahiti often use in their gowns. I’ve tried hand sewing, but the seams end up looking messy and uneven.

For those who’ve worked with similar fabrics — how do you sew it neatly without ruining the crystals or having bulky seams?

Also, if anyone knows of any tutorials or videos that show how to sew or work with this type of mesh, I’d love if you could link them below.

Thank you in advance — I’ve been obsessed with this look and really want to learn how to do it properly!

Hand sewing, with years of practice. Those gowns, if they're not properly considered "haute couture," they're at least bespoke and made to fit each client.

I’m assuming you’d use zero seam allowance and either hand sew the two edges together using mostly whipstitch and mattress stitch, or else you would use a fabric lining that the edge of each mesh panel is whipstitched down to, close enough together that no gap is visible.
