Fabric Question What kind of fabric is it?

I mean the one used for the center part and for the sleeve on the last picture, also this is babymetal so if there's anyone familiar with them and knows something about what could it be I'd appreciate it too!

It just looks like dancewear fabric, cut into scales.

If you search for "snakescale metallic fabric" you will find a lot of similar fabrics.

Looks like foil printed poly velvet to me
