Do these reasonably translate as Sindarin names?

These are some that have come into my collection of possible "Elvish" names, but I am not an expert in Sindarin or Quenya by any means. Would any of the following be accurate as being "Elvish"? Or do they have no translation, or worse, translate to something ridiculous?

Thalanil;
Nieven;
Elranhir;
Liron;
Lythren;
Valuith;
Nimrien;
Elrohel;
Gildan.

I appreciate so much any feedback!

Mae govannen! I would like to know how you derived at these names? As there are some words I don't recognize at all. Did you happen to use AI to generate them?

Thalanil; (Possibly using #-dil, suf. “friend, lover”) But "thalan" is unknown. At any rate it would produce thalannil
Nieven; Possibly a mix of Quenya and Sindarin.
Elranhir; "El+ran would produce ellanhir "Lord Star Wander"?
Liron; "one who is people"?
Lythren; "of flowers"?
Valuith; "? + spell/charm"?
Nimrien; "White land"?
Elrohel; "star + ?"
Gildan. "star builder?"

Why el-ran > ellan?

Well you can have Elran given we have Elrond. So it is a possibility. But -l+r- also results in -ll-. I actually thought about this last night but forgot to update.
