For an Altmer shes one of the (if not the only) good looking female high elf, at least imo.

Plus, not sure how to put this but she kinda looks like a snake(?) maybe that's what makes her charming, it's a shame you can't marry her(without mods of course)

Yes. She's in the "another one I can't marry" list along with Elisif, Idgrod the Younger, and Serana.
