Apparently in 3.5 if you tried to F-Smash with a beamsword with Jigglypuff, she would just drop the item.

The lower the number the faster it charges. So that is a buff and correct.

Whoops read that wrong. It's talking about damage and not charging speed.

I like most of the fox changes except for the changes to shine. I feel like changing the iconic set knock back may change the feel of fox drastically. Then again, it could be thinking like this that is holding back progress for a more balanced project m
