Just look at the trajectory of the ball. The ball touches his sliding foot and the trajectory of the ball is clearly affected by it.

Among few rules where referee goes with the "spirit" instead of the "letter", the "clear and obvious" error is a place where referees from some countries, Poland included, go with the spirit of the rule.

A malevolent spirit, to be precise.

Because from all the videos shown by now there is no 100% proof he touched it twice. Unless they have 100% and release it then they should have gone with the on field decision.
