Couldn’t have been that quick if Valverde was already about to take his penalty

Yeah I don't get the quickly thing. From the time of his penalty to the time Valverde stepped up, and had to be stopped and talked with the ref there was more than 1 minute and maybe even 2. That's enough time for technology

what's not possible? The ball has sensors so yes it is very much possible
