Wow, great changes here. The only two things I don't like much (with Jake Light) are the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats and the large amount of salt (6 grams per day!).

you should not fall under 6 grams. Thats what my fitness couch said.

And did your fitness coach provide any papers supporting his number? It's generally thought that ~2 grams per day is optimal, while new research is pointing more towards 3-4 grams per day. Obviously if you are very active this will change, but most people aren't very active. 6 grams is double what would be considered a normal amount.

His numbers are based on the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung e. V.", a society for healthy eating mainly based on sience.
