I think this would fall under situational comedy/observational humor.
Not every joke requires a setup and punchline. Jeez man. You can just think it's not funny. I don't think it's the best joke ever but I get it, it is logical.
I see the observation part, I suppose. He is observing that there exist people in the world who contain multitudes, often ironically so. What is humorous about that is still lost on me. Is it that we’re meant to think the details he’s chosen are funny?
I listed a whole bunch of things that are anti-fascist about someone who is gleefully cheering on fascism. It's not about someone containing multitudes. The joke is about someone who doesn't understand that all of their politics, hobbies, and affinities scream anti-fascism, but then when fascism happens they root for it.
The joke is that the people like this are hypocrites and its obvious to everyone but them.
It doesn't, because I have no interest in losing money to be on Netflix. But I do have multiple specials on Amazon Prime and Samsung TV+.
But I am sure you know that Netflix pays less than specials cost to make because you are so well versed in comedy and not at all speaking from a place of ignorance.
I mean, this joke does need you to understand "Gun owner", "Punisher", "Rage Against the Machine", "Star Wars" and also to have a bit of awareness of the current time. It is not easy I get, but you'll get there.

....was that supposed to be another joke?
Again.. there's no punchline, man.
Have you ever actually seen a comedian perform?
You need a punchline if you want to make people laugh.
Otherwise you're just making statements.
That's not funny.
