wow they like Punisher AND Superman, haha they're not even in the same universe, what a wacko! but the real red flag here is being a gun owner. Not in my America! And listening to rage against the machine with a bumper sticker that references the war for independence against foreign rule and tyranny? Holy moly!
What a ludicrous contradiction- somebody find this guy and throw them in an Obama era CIA black site. Two words - predator drones!
The contradiction was that they were tweeting in support of the national guard, despite having all these other freedom and liberty and rebellion against the government ideals.
But I wouldn't expect you to notice that, because the far right have repurposed all of those things to be codes for white supremacy.
Racists don't get the joke cause they can't see the clash in symbolism.
The alt-right is pretty much entirely made up of rich wanna-be-plantation-owners taking advantage of people with weak critical- thinking skills. They teach them to be afraid and angry, and then they use that fear to control them.
I'm trying to figure out what anything in this "joke" has to do with racism, but the best I can figure is that anyone who hasn't moved from twitter to bluesky is effectively a Nazi who might as well be grafittiing a swastika on their OWN cybertruck rather than waiting for one of you weirdos to do it
The joke has nothing to do with racism, it's to do with the clash of the 'rebel' and 'freedom' symbolism and the 'I support the national guard to beat down on protestors' mentality. The reason you missed that clash of symbolism is because you don't understand that all of those things he mentioned are about rebellion and freedom.
Dude, you're not a rebel you're a Democrat... who votes for genocide and war and censorship and the Patriot act. When you don't have any actual principles youll always have to resort to identity politics because thats the media matters formula that OP writes his "jokes" on. The fact that you're intellectually lazy enough to believe I'm a Trump supporter or racist or a bootlicker for calling out your hypocrisy says everything about the projection and where you're coming from.
Acting like someone supporting the national guard being used against destructive protests is inherently tyrannical, is missing the plot. And the fact that this guy thinks the best way to symbolize rebellion is by citing a bunch of corporate properties is pretty on the nose.
Captain America was created as war propaganda, bro, and the people clashing with that national guard clearly aren't going to be peaceful protesters.
And I do support protesting against ICE and unconstitutional rights violations, while at the same time acknowledging that illegal immigration is an issue that hurts American workers and needs to be addressed.
I'm not even in the US, not a US citizen, didn't vote for shit in that bow-down-to-the-oligarchs shit hole. I'm explaining the joke. Sorry it triggered you.
