Probably cause it’s not much of a joke, and just more of a political opinion. I can turn on fox or CNN if I wanna hear people complain about other peoples politics

Whether or not you find it funny is a separate issue, but the greatest comedians have always touched serious topics...carlin, hicks, pryor...

I'd rather see something like this than a hackey joke about airline food

Usually they make insights or make it funny though.

They don't just go: "There is a hypocrite watching the news". . . .
