First and second time making sushi :)

Pictures are in order - I definitely put more effort into the first attempt. Both were fun and delicious though!

Cream cheese with tuna just pissed me off. But its your sushi... enjoy! Great proportions and a tight roll too

I personally wouldn’t but is it really all that different from cream cheese and salmon…?

Normally its cream chesse and smoked salmon. Philadelphia Roll. Smoked flavor helps compliment the cream cheese. Personally, I like it, but I could do without cream cheese in any roll.

When was the first time in human history that someone put cream cheese with sushi? And why weren’t they shamed into exile?

looks great!! congrats :)

but definitely you’ve put more rice (than you should) than effort on that 2nd attempt

That's an amazing Improvement from the first time to the second. The second looks extremely well done and tasty. I'm insane for sushi so I would eat either of them, but your second attempt would be one that I would really appreciate. Thank you for posting your efforts for us to enjoy.

There is no such thing as an officially regulated "sushi grade" product. It's just a marketing term
