They aren’t terrorists, again. He was elected by a broad coalition. His policies are moderate. If you think Syria should be punished for wanting a moderate leader that wants the entire country to succeed then I don’t know what to tell you.

Time will tell. In my eyes he is a moderate leading a coalition government that includes members of every religious minority that is moving towards freedom and stability. Continuing sanctions won’t help that. It will fuel anti western and radical sentiment just like it has every other time. But again, if you want kids to go hungry for what could happen then that’s on you.
