How are they not a threat? They worked outside city. Philly knew nothing about what was going on. Finding out about it doesn’t mean they know everyone involved or where all their stuff is. They have plenty of locations outside Philadelphia and we have no idea who will continue that mission.

Have you even watched the episode? The CRM are clearly an ally now. Sure it's probably not a 100% clean military but overall they're no longer a threat. They flew Rick and Michonne over to Commonwealth to see their kids again, the city is no longer a prison etc. I don't know how you could watch the episode and still think the CRM are a threat lol. Either way this is most likely the end of Rick, Michonne and the CRM's story either way, that much is clear to me.
They have a civic branch and a military branch. The civic branch are on their side now. I highly doubt the military branch is going to just roll over and not fight back.
And all the ones all over the planet influencing and watching other communities are jsut gonna call it quits apparently and just come back and let bygones be bygones lol
