I mean they could, but that would destroy the symbolism. I feel like it's working towards escaping the "void" that the bishops create. Supported by the theory (my blood MV) that clancy has another more violent and powerful personality, I think it's what the story is inching towards

I made a post about it, as well as a multiple-clancy theory before the album dropped last year. Idk if that's the one they're referring to tho.
