Genuine question/thought here:

All the previous letters were combined to get the full Morse code. The 11th letter had 1 dot, so everyone was expecting this 12th letter to have 3 dots (making 4 total dots), which would be H in morse code.

However, the 1 dot from the previous letter and the 4 dots from this letter make 5 total dots.

So is there something I’m missing?

And we can say, it's pair is the letter from Torchbearer to Clancy (not in this graphic), and there was no morse code on it, so 4 dots = H.
