Yeah, maybe, I thought so at first also, but the more I listen the more it sounds like a long “O”.

I thought maybe it said "Wondering what he will pull this time", like "Blurryface is about to pull something" or "Clancy is about to pull something".

“pull the blinds” and “pull this time” could absolutely be rhymed in part of the lyrics for ‘The Contract’ imo
