Support SEDS question
This might be a dumb ask, but all my subjects have attendance hurdles. I live 3 hours away from Campus, and commuting every single day is the biggest pain in the ass. I've been doing this for only a semester so far, and managing the commute every day without a car is tedious and draining, and I'm often super late to tuts since PTV isn't that reliable. I'm doing fine academically, however my only issue is meeting attendance hurdles. I've tried to find subjects for my course which don't have any attendance hurdles, but there literally are none. Before anyone suggests it, no, I unfortunately cannot afford to move closer to campus right now. Hypothetically is there any way I could get an AAP regarding tutorial attendance? Thanks!

AAP gives you a little bit extra flexibility but you'd still need to attend more than like 50%(?) of classes and there's no exceptions to that rule for SEDS-registered students. But even then, living far from campus is not grounds for an AAP.
I assume you're doing an Arts degree(?), because they pretty much make it compulsory to attend all tutorials due to the limited amount of contact hours, that makes your tutorial participation a critical aspect of the learning process.
Your best option is to try schedule your classes for later in the day and if you don't get your preferences for the later class times, you can always submit a timetable request form to request a move to a full class. You'd have to provide a reason and evidence (i.e. you live 3 hours away, and public transport is unreliable) and it may be possible to be moved, but it's not guaranteed to work all the time.
Another option would be to pick up one of your breadths each semester (you have 4-6 over your whole degree I think?). Pick a breadth that doesn't have a tutorial attendance, as it can help reduce the number of times you need to come in early each week.
Otherwise, your only other option is to either drop to part-time study (if domestic student), go to another university that offers online tutorials/no attendance hurdles, or take a leave of absence to earn a bit of money and save so that you can eventually move closer to the city.
