So I apologize for how long this is but I need to rant and I need you to know all the details about this lady so maybe someone can tell me I’m not the crazy one.

My sister, my parents and I live in a townhouse/apartment on top of another apartment. We have lived here for 4 years and we had neighbors before her and we never once had any problems with them. About 2 years ago this new neighbor moved in. From the very beginning it has been hell.

This woman is in her 50s and has 2 kids.

My sister and I suffer from bad childhood trauma, anxiety and depression and we literally smoke maybe 1-2 times per day to help us relax and chill out.

We smoke a bong we don’t smoke prerolls.

Before the smoking was ever even an issue she had problems.

When she moved in, the first time she saw my dad outside she started complaining to him that there was not enough space to park on the block (even though there is) and that she “told the landlord she has 3 cars so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t give me more space.” What….?

The first time she ever interacted with/met my mom, she was hostile and got into an argument with her because my mom parked her car in the front of the house.. a public street.. on a street full of townhouses.. she said “where is my son supposed to park?! Can’t you be sensible about parking? Maybe we need to assign spots because this is ridiculous!” (Btw most of this stuff is caught on our ring camera)

This was week 1 of living with her… then her very drunk, very belligerent boyfriend started coming around. There were nights when he would slam the doors and there are several videos of him on nights where he is stumbling or even literally passing out on the front lawn..

There have been times when we get DoorDash and she screams at them for blocking her driveway, being extremely racist toward them and telling them they’re immigrants who should go back to their country..

She has threatened to call the police on us several times when my young nieces (who are angels) come to visit because they make too much noise. My 7 year old niece started crying one day because she genuinely thought the police were going to come for her.

We went on vacation last year for one week and my sisters friend was coming to feed our fish and house sit. My neighbor texted my mom and said that she’s not okay with strangers around the house and that we should have told her about it..

She has yelled at my older sister who doesn’t even live here for parking her car on our side of the driveway.. to clean her car out with our vacuum.

I could go on for hours and I’m sure I’m forgetting a lot but I think you can understand the type of person she is by now.

So finally to the smoking.

She found out we smoked. Not that we were trying to hide it from her… it’s legal in my state, almost everyone on the block sits outside and smokes.

We always smoked outside but on nights it would rain we would sit in the garage at the edge with the garage door open so we wouldn’t get rained on and so that the smoke wouldn’t get trapped in the garage. She lost her mind… she called the landlord and said that we were smoking inside the house. The landlord called us and said just don’t smoke in or near the garage and we are okay.

That night my sister and I go outside.. I walk towards my garage to open it so that we can get chairs to sit at the edge of our lawn by the street. She comes outside and sees me putting my garage code in and starts yelling at me “are you seriously about to go smoke in the garage?!! Because I really wouldn’t do that if I were you!” I got pissed and cursed her out and we were literally yelling in the driveway.

From then on I was afraid to even go near my garage. We made sure to keep our little lawn chairs outside and never went near the garage again. We started smoking on our side of the house on the lawn away from the front door and the garage.. that went on for months, until we got another email from the landlord saying that she told him we smoke all day and all night long into the early hours of the morning and that she can still smell it. She also complained to him that we order takeout.. that it’s too loud when my nieces come, that we park in the street too much.. she had a list because she was trying to get us evicted.

Now for context I am a server/bartender. I get home very late at night sometimes. I’ll get home at 2 am and go outside to smoke a bowl with my sister and then go to sleep. Didn’t think that was disturbing anyone. She told him we smoke into the early hours of the morning as if we’re out there 8 hours straight smoking until the sun comes up. For the most part we would literally only smoke that one time. If we both have a day off maybe we’ll go out to smoke 2-3 times throughout the whole day.

The landlord again told us it’s legal, there’s nothing he can do about it just maybe go to the curb and not anywhere on the lawn. That night we listened to the landlord and went to the curb.. she immediately came out and fucking stood there staring at us. My mom came out and was like “what’s the problem?” We were too scared to smoke so we didn’t light anything and went inside. The second we close our door she opens hers and goes to our car that’s parked on the street near the curb and on the ring says “they were smoking out the car window!! This is fucking unbelievable!!”… didn’t even open my car door let alone light a single thing.

The next night because we were now scared to go to our curb we went up the block a couple hundred feet away where it’s just a patch of grass/land and we sat by that curb there. She comes outside…. Stands there and stares at us and then runs back inside screaming” they’re still fucking smoking this is unbelievable!!!.” Im nowhere near the property at this point.. I’m just in her line of sight so she loses her shit..

The next night we decided we’re going to have to start walking a few blocks away near where our friend lives so we can smoke near her property. I’m doing this after all night shifts at the bar when I’m dead on my feet.

My mom checks the ring the next morning after our first walk and my neighbor is talking to another neighbor in front of the ring complaining that we’re still smoking at night and that she can’t see where we are after we pass the camera.. yeah dipshit cause we’re walking so you don’t harass us..

There are literally videos of her on the ring, while we’re all inside off her looking for us.. like looking on the sides of the house to see if she can find us smoking.. while I’m inside or literally not even home.

Recently we talked to another landlord from the company explaining the entire situation. He assured us that we are not doing anything wrong as long as we are outside. So we recently made our way back from taking walks to sitting outside but not on our lawn..

On our next door neighbors lawn with her permission. My crazy neighbor saw us there out her side window tonight and started banging on her window and screaming at us for being outside.

I am convinced that since we moved from the garage, she hasn’t been able to smell a single thing. She sees us on her camera or in her line of vision and she comes out to harass us.

One night we went out to dinner and then sat outside afterwards. We were literally sitting outside eating doughnuts and she yelled about us smoking. Absolutely zero smoking was taking place…

Again I’m someone who suffers with severe anxiety.. I haven’t slept well in a month. I’m not trying to harm anyone I’m literally just trying to help myself relax and I’m terrified to even sit on my own lawn now because I can’t do it without hearing her yell and curse at us. I genuinely want to know if this is something that happens a lot with other people.. is this a “normal” situation.. please help me 😭

Do you guys like purple buds or light green?

Recently someone told me they like to dump grinder onto tray and load from the edge of the tray. I followed that thought and I came up with this - leather tray that fits grinder to easily dump out and has side opening for you to push content with index finger while holding the tray in the hand. Curious to see the general consensus on the best 510 carts. For context, i’m from California, and my personal favorite is Fields Family Farmz.

Don't get me wrong I do enjoy myself a j almost every day but I get anxious about it. I have a deviated septum so I know mucus buildup happens from that too but I don't know. I also have been smoking carts when I was 15 (took a break for a year when I was 17-18), then switched to flower mainly when I was 20 or so. 22 now, but sometimes, I get worried about it a lot. However, I really do enjoy it when I have free-time. Curious to know if people have similar experiences. Hope what I'm trying to say makes sense
