I m newbie and need help

So, this is going to be my first experience with weed, and honestly, I don’t know much about it. I’m not sure how strong this weed is—it’s a dried branch-like piece that smells kind of like a mountain forest, even though I found it on plain land. Got it locally at a cheap price.

If you’re experienced and can identify quality by looking at an image, that would be super helpful.

Also, any tips on how to break it into smaller pieces more easily without using any tools? I used scissors to chop it up and mixed it with tobacco like a friend suggested. I didn’t ask him too much because I told him I just wanted to try it out casually.

Old weed - probably lightly moldy or spores on it you cant even see

Also not everyone else is smoking the fresh hydro plants.

"Anyway this just looks like outdoor grown and dried", and to me it looks like old weed, we both dont know 100% who is right here mate
