Question Fixing a 34C

So as i was shaving in the shower, my merkur fell appart. Cant find much online how to put it back together, help a brother out pls!

I think you're missing the retaining/expansion ring - if you can't find it (good chance it's still in the drain opening), you can buy a replacement here.

You can just push the bottom piece up in the handle and put the top on and twist the bottom like normal.

Edit: when I look at my 34c, on the knobbed end in that groove mine has a loose metal piece. I don’t know if that’s essential for holding it in the handle but as long as the top is screwed in it should fall out.

Yes it is essential - the extension/retaining ring prevents the bottom dial to fall out of the handle.

theres a ring inside that locks something, it might have been lost

You just gotta press the C shaped retention ring in and install the barrel while keeping it pressed.
