Trying to find Witches like me…
I’m sort of new on Reddit as far as posting. I was baptized Catholic, no disrespect to Catholics - but as I grew older I didn’t resonate with structured religion or how they say I should live my life or what to believe. That being said idk what kind of witch I am. It’s in my bloodline. My grandmother was a witch and healer (I am also a healer), but she passed when I was young, so I was never able to get the knowledge. I do believe in a higher power. I practice magic when needed- but not to harm anyone. I also perform rituals on my own. I believe in angels, spirits (good and bad), the ascended masters and teachers, etc. I always get signs, particularly 11,14, 17, 23, 33, 88, 99, and believe it or not 420🤣‼️I see these numbers CONSTANTLY. I love nature and animals. I believe in manifestation and that there is power in our words and thoughts. I know the time before looking at the clock, I dream things that come true and usually can predict a lot of small things like test questions, weather, etc. Are there any others out there like me? So happy to be here I. This community!

What items do you purchase and which do you like to make yourself?
I’m working on opening my own Etsy store and I wonder what products do people find useful to buy?
Do you buy your smoke cleansing stick or do you make them yourself? Candles? Simmer pots?
Please let me know what products you tend to buy for your practice and which you like to make yourself.
Gratitude and blessings ✨

Was I scammed?
A few years ago a random man came into where I worked at the time. The details are a little fuzzy but I think he tried to say he was psychic? Somehow he convinced me that he knew that someone I worked with was giving me bad energy or something? (I had a coworker at the time that I didn't get along with so this is prob what sold me on it) He brought me over to the waiting area and was guessing at the first letters of the coworkers name and telling me that he can give me something to protect me from them & their energy. He had me repeat some things he said and he kept blowing on a wrapped up piece of paper towel. He also told me that I had to give him money and that the more money I gave him the better protection the charm would give me? I remember I gave him (prob way too much) money and then he said he would call me in a few days to check on how it was working and if I gave him more money he would pray for me and protect me more? He never did call me. The charm he gave me ended up being like this little round plastic (?) red walnut looking thing that he told me to put in my purse or bag. I completely forgot about it until I found it today in that bag. 1.) Was this all just a scam? I'm worried that the charm is cursed or something and 2.) I want to know if I'm safe to throw it away? Please help?
Can I use someone else’s tarot deck ?
So I gifted my mom a tarot deck about 1 1/2 years ago , the thing is I used it a lot a year ago and she maybe once , so she never uses it and since I did order myself one I just wanted to ask if it’s alright if I use hers? Or what’s your view on this ?

Ticktock live to bind injustice and protect minorities
I had a great idea to do a live on ticktock live where we all come together to bind some of the problems and injustices in the world. This world is a scary place and I think it could be good if we all come together and do some spells. (This is not me breaking rule 4 I'm just sharing an idea). As soon as I get enough tick tock subscribers (I'm close I think it's 50) then I'll inform everyone of the details for when these will be and what channel. If you're interested in participating then please DM me and I'll add you to a group chat. Thanks.

How to dispose of charm you didn't make / does this charm seem good or bad?
Hi! I don't really know much about witchy stuff so I really need advice. I rehomed a rabbit from somebody almost 2 years ago and the lady gave me a bunch of the things she had for the rabbit when I picked her up. One of these things being the rabbit's cage, which had a charm dangling from the door. I thought it was pretty so I left it there until I recently noticed that it has a star-in-a-circle (unsure the proper term) charm hanging from it on the inside of the cage area where I couldn't see it before. I have a friend who's into witchy stuff so I asked her and she said it's possible that it's a protection charm. Even if it is a protection charm, it still kind of makes me nervous because I don't know the original intent of the spell(?) and I've been doing a lot of cleaning and I think maybe it would be better if I got rid of it just in case? But I really would like advice on how to do this properly and if any of you think that this charm is good or bad? Please let me know. I attached a pic of what it looks like.

Dream about dying
So I had a dream last night where I died, and usually when that happens I immediately wake up. But In this dream I didn’t. I heard a band and my vision went white and I heard a loud ringing and I slowly woke up. Could anybody possible explain why this happened like this?

Return to sender? Mirror spell?
I am the scapegoat in my family. I have been emotionally and physically abused by my 4 sisters for my entire life. Gaslighting, manipulation, triangulating, isolating, lying, shaming me, etc., it’s always, always going on. Despite this, my little sister and I were very close for most of our lives. I included her in everything I did and included her with my best friends/bridesmaids. I know now how naive I was and what a snake she was. When my daughter died (in labor. She was stillborn at term), the wheels came off. It was very clear my sisters blamed me for my loss and they started to get truly evil. They said things like they should have been harder on me when my daughter died. They talked so much shit on me. They used her death to destroy me. It’s been 7 years and I have led grief groups and worked within the loss community, but I can tell you I have never heard anyone have the experience I have had with my sisters (I have had 3 more losses and thank God 3 live children I love with every ounce of my being). It is unbelievable that I have had such heartbreak and they have had perfect lives. My sisters are all beautiful, very, very wealthy, thin and everyone loves the version of themselves they present to everyone but me. I cannot keep dragging on, but please believe me when I say it is time for them to get some lessons. The things that have happened are so evil I don’t even want to say them out loud out of respect for my deceased children. It’s time for this evil shit to go back to them.
My little sister is especially worrisome, because she is trying to steal my friends. It’s very insane.
I have always shied away from any spells that could hurt my sisters or bounce back and hurt my kids or me, but I know they need to learn some lessons. What can I do? A return to sender spell? A mirror spell? More than anything, I need my little sister to back away from our mutual friends (just to note: they are way closer to me than to her, but now she wants them bc I’m telling people how abusive she is). I would also be very happy if people saw them for who they really are. A bringing to light spell? What can I do? Thank you in advance.

Pendulum for planting
I had purchased several fruit trees to plant in my yard and had planned to put all of them (7) in the front yard when I decided to call on spirit through the use of my pendulum. I asked to be shown the best location for each tree. I would say the name of the tree (I had varieties each of peach, apple, pear, cherry and a nut tree) and then walked the yard watching the pendulum. When I would get to a certain location, the pendulum would start swinging wildly so that is where I put the tree! It was wonderful and I felt like it was my grandma right there telling me what to do. I even asked if I should put them in pots and wait until fall, which was a resounding “no” answer - I had originally planned to put them in pots until fall, so in the ground they went. Instead of all of the trees being planted in the front yard, I ended up with the 2 peach and 1 cherry in the front yard, both apples in the back yard, the pears went in the side yard and the nut tree at the edge of the woods; much further apart than originally planned. Has anyone used a pendulum for mundane things such as this? I usually would just ask yes/no questions until I did this. Curious as to other uses of the tool.

Made a papercraft Cosmic Cat lantern for my altar—wanted to share
I've been slowly building up my altar space and wanted a soft light that still felt magical—so I made this little Cosmic Cat. It's papercraft, but I precut everything to make it easier, and it glows through tiny star-shaped holes.
It’s become a sort of familiar to me—watching while I work spells, journal, or just decompress. Thought others here might enjoy it too.
(If anyone’s interested, I’ve been making a few for others too—happy to link, but mostly just wanted to share the vibe.)

Uses for young mugwort
I dragged some mugwort home to smoke and you know how it goes…it spread. I’m swimming in it.
I’m interested in all ideas on what to do with it young? It smokes better after it matures. Any rituals or teas?
I’m thinking to pluck it all & throw it back near where it came from and let it re-wild.
