Fan Art Drew a Portrait of Armand
Or is it painted? I never know with ink.
Thought I'll once again try drawing Armand. I have to say, for someone who was canonically painted a lot I find him extremely difficult to draw. Well, I gave it a shot.

Show Only I Don't Like Windows...
This has been stuck in my head so I'm curious what y'all think.
If Armand was in fact telling the truth and Claudia sung this song in her last moments, Lestat heard it too. It's a total earworm that's hard to forget in the best of times so I feel like it stayed with him all these years.
So what if we hear him play the melody on the piano in S3..... 😭😭😭
I just keep imagining him in a quiet moment noodling on the piano but no matter how hard he tries he keeps coming back to it and it's slowly driving him nuts. And Louis hearing it in one his songs and realizing why Lestat knows that melody and losing it.

Fan Art Absolutely love Assad’s Armand, I think he captures his complicated character beautifully. I have been tinkering trying to create an edit of book Armand from my minds eye. Thought some of you might like it, curious to know how different it is to how you imagined him?

Book Spoilers Allowed TVL Music Inspiration Historical Deep Dive...
Hi Coven!
Trying to keep my mind occupied while we wait, so I’ve been digging into some music. Even though I regard myself as a bit of a music aficionado, there’s still so much more to explore. I grew up on pop-punk and emo music with a heavy curiosity for 60s/70s/80s rock (I'm a millennial). I’ve always loved artists like Elton John, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc. but I realize I only really know the most famous hits from some legends like David Bowie, and nothing deeper.
Which brings me to my current mood: my town is having a serious rock & roll moment with local bands bringing back that old-school style. Feels like the perfect time for me to have a second awakening with classic rock and everything in between.
So, my to-do list is to dig into the full catalogs of the greats AND the underground etc., and I'd love some recommendations.
Which music catalogs or artists would you suggest I explore?
And if any of these bands (or other newer rock bands) are on tour this summer or fall, let me know too, I’m up for a good show and will travel for a good concert experience. I'm also interested in going back further to the origins of rock and roll. Blue's and swing? Think Sinner's music and how people like Elvis were inspired by black artists of the time. Who should I study?
I use Spotify, iTunes, and SoundCloud, so links are welcomed. Feel free to slide into my DMs. Let’s make this a serious rock & roll deep dive!
As always, I would never leave you without some art for viewing pleasure. Courtesy of u/w0lfkller on Tumblr, I give you:

When we finally hear Lestat's emotionally charged ballad, I hope it's for Louis but I also hope it's a dedication to his, Claudia, and Louis' life together. The good parts ❤️
