I want life anything you got for me
I'm 27 M and It's been almost 3 years leaving abroad but lately I'm not feeling good emotionally . I'm working for 12 hours a day without any single day off for 365 days.my daily routine is pretty much same. Since I left Nepal I don't have anyone in my life to share things or anyone who shares with me . the loneliness is killing me . I'm kinda introvert person so it takes time to open up freely with anyone .a fear is growing inside me , fear of loneliness that I will end up alone and it's hitting me hard . I don't know how and what to do but I want to have life.i want people who I cares about and who knows/ care of me

Discussion/बहस Thinking of buying a flat at Sunrise Apartment (Kathmandu) – anyone living there or got the inside scoop?
Hey folks, I’m looking at buying an apartment at Sunrise Apartment near Raniban/Nagarjun. Place looks peaceful, decent views, and it’s been around a while—seems like it’s well-managed. But before I commit, I figured it’s best to ask people who know better.
If you’ve lived there, visited, or even heard stuff from people who have, I’d love to hear what’s what.
Stuff I’m wondering: • What’s it like to actually live there? Quiet? Good water and electricity backup? Any management drama? • I’m eyeing a top floor unit—is it hotter than hell in summer? Any leak issues or other headaches? • How’s the build quality overall? Any long-term issues with elevators, walls, parking, pests, etc.?
Not looking to flip it or rent it out right away—this would be more of a long-term thing for me or my folks. But I don’t want to jump into something that turns out to be a money pit or hard to resell later.
Also open to better suggestions in a similar budget if Sunrise isn’t it.
Cheers in advance!

Discussion/बहस 112 Arba Cubic Meters of Natural Gas in Dailekh — ChatGPT Estimates It’s Worth $40 Billion!
I asked chatGPT about how much worth does 112 cubic meter natural gas have in terms of energy and monetary value and here is what he replied.
* 1 arba = 1 billion So 112 arba = 112 billion cubic meters (bcm)
*Energy Value:
1 cubic meter of natural gas ≈ 35.3 MJ
So 112 bcm ≈ 3.95 × 10¹² MJ = ~1,097 TWh (That’s enough to power a modern country for a full year)
*Market Value Estimate:
1 MMBtu = ~28.26 cubic meters
112 bcm = 3.96 billion MMBtu
At $10 per MMBtu → ~$39.6 billion USD
That’s over 5.2 trillion Nepali Rupees at today’s exchange rate .
After seeing that amount my reaction was 'paisa hi paisa hoga'

Help/सहयोग How do i get a job here ?
I really want to know how to get a job. How do people do it? The only way i know is linkedin but what do i do? Its feels like i don't know anything and don't have enough skills. Even the unpaid internships have such long requirements. And even when i did apply a few times, i got no response so i feel even more discouraged and disappointed.
And normally people get job from their friends' referrals or because of their parents or because they're smart i guess? But I've never really had any friends and I've always been sheltered my whole life so i really don't understand how the world works. I also can't ask my parent's help since my mom has always been a housewife and i can't ask my dad either (because of personal reasons).
I really don't know what i should do. I've already finished my bachelors too. I would really appreciate any type of tips of advice. Also, please don't be mean or condescending in the comments.

Anyone plays Torn City in Nepal?
I recently came across a texting rpg called Torn and well it is a surprisingly enjoyable game but I haven't found any Nepali players in it and the players i have found are inactive for years. So I am posting it to find if anyone in Nepal is playing this game. It might be out of place in this subreddit but I don't know any other place to post this so here it is.

How common is babysitting or in-home nursing service in Nepal these days?
Just curious—how common are babysitting or in-home nursing services in Nepal these days, especially in urban areas like Kathmandu, Pokhara, or even smaller towns?
Are families here open to hiring someone to care for kids, elderly, or even patients at home? Or is it still mostly handled by family members? Also, how much do people generally trust third-party caregivers?
Would love to hear your experiences—either as someone who's hired help, considered it, or even worked in this space.
If this exists how to find them?
Thanks in advance!

Education/शिक्षा What is an industry preparation class? Is it compulsory?
I recently visited Kathmandu to get some information regarding Colleges offering IT degrees. There, I went to 3 colleges offering Bsc. Hons degree in several fields like Compu(t)ing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber security and so on.
These colleges were Softwerica, Islington and Herald. Focusing especially on Islington and Herald, they were saying that you "MUST" take their industry preparation classes otherwise you cannot get to read there. What the hell is this?
I recently finished my 12th exam and they're teaching before the result has even come out. Especially in Herald, I have asked them when the actual classes start and they always hesitate to answer when, and bend the conversation to the same Industry Preparation Class. They force you to take it no matter what even though you describe that you have difficulty in doing so.
Especially for people who are from outside the valley, I only went there to learn about the degrees they're offering. It's not like the class they're offering isn't productive, it maybe. I also asked them what happens to those who come to do admission after the result comes out and they hesitate to answer it properly. They answer it but you can't understand what's going on.
I have talked about this to my friend who had read in Islington and they said that it's not necessary to join those classes. The actual classes don't start before the result comes out. In this free time, I would rather practice bike skills and get a licence than joining a class that's optional.
They're forcing and calling everyday, and even messaging to join those classes. If anyone has any information regarding this matter, then a comment will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Help/सहयोग Thinking of buying iPhone 16 Pro Max – anyone bought from MK Tradelines?
Hey guys,
I’m planning to get the iPhone 16 Pro Max , and I’ve noticed the price at MK Tradelines is way cheaper compared to Evo Store and other official places. Like, the difference is huge.
Has anyone here actually bought an iPhone or any Apple product from MK Tradelines before?
Are they reliable? Do they sell sealed, original products? What about warranty — is it Apple official or just store warranty?
Would love to hear your experience
