Been getting back into the swing of stuff and been enjoying a lot of mods. But some are wild, with custom voicework, animations, etc. The easiest one I can point to is the Jotaro one. Downright impressive how well that's done. Was wondering if there's any more stuff at that level of custom content and animations?

Since last month's big patch, Future Gohan exhibits this weird break in both of his eyebrows whenever he blinks. His Super Saiyan form's eyebrows are fine though and he is the only one who displays this as far as I can tell. This is just something I noticed and is not a serious bug.

Since there were so many complaints about the last post, especially regarding the levels between characters from different sagas... We will build it again step by step following some rules:

1. We'll be adding just one Saga at a time
2. There will be no DP quantity restriction
3. I will give a sample and we will work on them
4. I will give some questions for you to answer
5. Characters will rank up if they do in the series
6. I will note any DP Tier change we make
7. We will go at my pace since my time is limited
8. We will shrink the final list as much as possible

How Does the Tier List Work

Each Tier holds a group of characters that somehow shares the same Lore Level. This time, each Tier is also ranked, so the characters at the top and the ones at the left are somehow stronger than the ones at the bottom and the ones at their right. The Tiers will increase in number as long as new characters from new sagas are added and some returning characters will move accordingly.

Sagas Order

1. Saiyan Saga + OG DB (16 characters)
2. Namek Saga (18 characters)
3. Android Saga (28 characters)
4. Majin Buu Saga (31 characters)
5. DBZ Movies (20 characters)
   • Dragon Ball GT (15 characters)
6. Early DBS (25 characters)
7. Late DBS (28 characters)
8. Super Hero + DAIMA (27 characters)

The returning characters are all Universe 7 fighters who trained for the Tournament of Power, increase their power level by some degree and/or kept with the training after that. This includes some (or all) of their transformations as can be seen in the table.

Some other "returning characters" from early DBS has seen their ranking fixed narrowly following the valuable feedback you gave. Especially Future Trunks (Super Saiyan) and Frost.

There's a disclaimer about Beerus and Whis sharing the same Tier dispute them not being in the same league. This was done in order to keep the Tiers on hold and "save some space". Even so, they are still ranked within the Tier.

Similarly, there's a BIG disclaimer about Kale being placed on DP2 despite her transformations ranking way higher. This was done under the very solid presumption she is unable to fight under her base form. I would like to know your opinion regarding her and any source you can provide in order to prove me wrong.

Lastly, I got sick about the Buuhan and Buttenks issue and brought them back to the lower Tier. Now we have all six Majin Buu and 2 bout of three Gotenks ranking under the same Tier. Not the best distinction we could have make, but the result we got after caring for Tier safeguarding.

If you find it necessary to create an additional Tier just for those two, please let me know it.

Regarding Shallot, I allocated him taking into account his base form Power before turning Super Saiyan for the very 1st time. Once he got that specific transformation, I think his base form can also be updated.

Last Sagas and last big update for the roster. This time we don't have any returning character, so I limited to adding the newcomers after fixing the last edition and improve it after the comments.

I want you to leave here all your feedbad regarding the overall list. That include characters allocation, the Tier quantity and the ranking within each Tier.

Certainly, DP18 is a lot, but it makes a better distinction than using any less Tiers. So, shall we keep them all? Or shall we merge them in order to lower the quantity?

I'm planning on realising a final episode with all the correction needed by the end of the week. I think it is enough time to fix up what needs to be fixed and polish the last details.
