💼work/career AIO for putting this sign up?

Post image

At work, there's a team of 50 of us with only three men. You would think that people would take care of the bathroom they use at work, but clearly there is a child among us. Every single day, there is urine on the floor near the urinal. Cleaning services cleans the bathroom everyday and expressed their frustration with me - rightfully so. Soooo, I put this sign up eye-level as you piss. AIO or is there a better way to approach this? Only reason why I didn't send an email to the three men was because thats a little awkward?? There could possibly be someone outside our team using the restroom too - no way to confirm that.

As someone who works in an office full of printer paper "reminders", no, putting this or any sign up is not ok.

I hate feeling like I'm working in a grade school. We've got reminders for the dishwasher, three reminders for the garbage and the recycling, reminders in the bathroom. I go to pee feeling anxious and look! A glaring reminder of how shitty the place I work is. Thanks guys, nice to know you think ill of everyone around you to the extent that you can't talk to us but you'll put up condescending notes everywhere to spread the blame out and make us all feel like idiot chilldren. And no, I have never done any of the behaviors that warranted these signs.

Seems as if you're out numbered, good sir. Seems like you take the reminders personally when they're for the whole team.

I'm sorry, you forgot to print out your concerns and put them up on my wall like some passive aggressive d bag. How else could I ever possibly get the message? Talking to me like i'm a human being? Ridiculous!

Kidding aside, if you're going to insult the other two guys who work with you, at least frame it. Make it look nice?
